Services temporary down in EU between 13:14 CET and 13:22 due to a problem with internal system component.
Problem was detected and remedied within 2 minutes and services were resumed for all customers within 8 minutes of failure.

Further actions to prevent the same problem from occurring again will be taken this evening.
